摘要
师德不仅是一种道德观念,也是一种自觉的行为实践。在社会快速转型发展的新时期,高校师德水平需要进一步提高,高校的师德建设也应适应时代发展要求而不断改进。美国作为世界上高等教育相对发达的国家之一,重视高校师德的制度建设,教师专业伦理水平也普遍较高。从师德制度建设的角度出发,通过比较中美两国高校师德在制度建设上的历程与特点,借鉴美国师德制度建设的经验,反思我国高校师德制度建设过程中的问题,以促进我国高校师德建设的理论研究和实践探索。
Teachers' morality is not only a moral concept, but also a conscious practice. In the new era of rapid social transformation and development, the level of teachers' morality in Colleges and universities needs to be further improved, and the construction of teachers' morality in Colleges and universities should also adapt to the requirements of the development of the times and continue to improve. As one of the countries with relatively developed quality of higher education in the world, the United States attaches great importance to the system construction of teachers' morality in Colleges and universities, and the level of teachers' professional morality is generally high. From the perspective of the construction of teacher morality system, by comparing the process and characteristics of the construction of teacher morality in Chinese and American universities, drawing on the experience of the construction of teacher morality system in the United States, this paper reflects on the problems in the process of the construction of teacher morality system in Chinese universities, so as to promote the theoretical research and practical exploration of the construction of teacher morality in Chinese universities.
