摘要
随着石油炼制技术的进步,炼化企业装置规模呈大型化一体化发展态势。为了保障装置安全可靠运转,单纯依靠人工巡检不能满足现场巡检需要,且危险区域人工巡检风险高,巡检质量易受人员素质影响。结合智能机器人技术的发展现状,提出智能机器人替代人工巡检的方案,以达到降低巡检强度、提高巡检质量、降低人身伤害风险的目的。结合炼化企业日常巡检的业务需求,分析国内外智能机器人巡检技术应用领域和现状,简要介绍了智能巡检机器人的组成原理及解决方案,并分析了智能机器人巡检技术在炼化企业日常巡检中的应用前景。
With the progress of petroleum refining technology, the unit scale of refining and chemical enterprises is developing in a large-scale and integrated way. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the device, manual inspection alone can not meet the needs of on-site inspection, and the risk of manual inspection in dangerous areas is high, and the quality of inspection is easily affected by the quality of personnel. Combining with the development status of intelligent robot technology, a scheme of intelligent robot replacing manual inspection is put forward to reduce the inspection intensity, improve the inspection quality and reduce the risk of personal injury. Combining with the business requirements of daily inspection in refining and chemical enterprises, the application fields and current situation of intelligent robot inspection technology at home and abroad are analyzed, the composition principle and solution of intelligent inspection robot are briefly introduced, and the application prospect of intelligent robot inspection technology in daily inspection in refining and chemical enterprises is analyzed.
