基于数据挖掘的中医治疗类风湿关节炎用药规律研究

Analysis on Medication Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis Based on Data Mining

目的:探讨中医治疗类风湿关节炎的组方用药规律。方法:收集中医治疗类风湿关节炎的处方,基于中医传承辅助平台软件构建数据库,采用关联规则和复杂系统熵聚类算法,确定处方中各药物及药物组合的使用频次,挖掘药物之间的关联规则等。结果:高频次药物包括当归、桂枝、白芍、黄芪、甘草、威灵仙、乌梢蛇和防风等;高频次药物组合包括"白芍,桂枝""当归,桂枝"和"黄芪,当归"。结论:类风湿关节炎的中医治疗药物以清热药、祛风湿药和补气血药为主,体现了中医标本兼治、辨证论治的治疗原则。

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. METHODS: The traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis were collected and the related database was established based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System. The association rules and complex system entropy clustering algorithm were used to determine the frequency of use of each drug and drug combination in the prescriptions, mining association rules among drugs. RESULTS: High-frequency drugs included angelicae sinensis radix, persicae ramulus, paeoniae radix alba, astragali radix, glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma, clematidis radix et rhizoma, zaocys, and saposhnikoviae radix. High-frequency drug combination included "paeoniae radix alba and persicae ramulus","angelicae sinensis radix and persicae ramulus","astragali radix and angelicae sinensis radix". CONCLUSIONS: The traditional Chinese medicine for rheumatoid arthritis is mainly composed of heat-clearing medicine, rheumatism medicine and qi-invigorating medicine, which reflects the principle of treating both symptoms and root causes and treating based on syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine.
