摘要
1例4岁患儿,服用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片约5个月。近2个月来发现有2小块(约2 cm×2 cm)头皮头发长不出,用药5个月后于皮肤科诊断为斑秃。停用孟鲁司特钠并对症治疗,1个月后随访,斑秃处无明显变化。孟鲁司特钠导致小儿脱发比较罕见。长期使用该药时,应关注其致脱发或斑秃的不良反应。
A 4-year old child had taken montelukast sodium chewable tablets for about 5 months. In the past 2 months, it was found that 2 small pieces(about 2 cm × 2 cm) of scalp hair could not grow out, which was diagnosed with alopecia areata after 5 months of treatment. The application of montelukast sodium was stopped and the child was given expectant treatment, after 1-month follow-up, there was no significant change in alopecia areata. It was rarely seen that montelukast sodium caused hair loss in children. Long-term application of montelukast should be paid attention to its adverse drug reactions of hair loss or alopecia areata.
