Effect Evaluation of Nursing Risk Management in Maternity Wards

目的探讨护理风险管理应用于产科病房中的效果。方法 2018年1-12月该院产科病房收治330名孕产妇,随机分对照组及观察组,各165名,对照组常规护理,观察组进行下列护理措施:成立产科风险护理管理小组,健全产科护理风险管理制度,强化产科护理人员风险防范意识,加强产科护理人员的专业培训,与孕产妇进行充分交流与沟通,加强医疗护理物品设备的管理。结果观察组护理人员产科风险防范考试评分(93.47±4.89)分、孕产妇护理满意度评分(98.25±1.18)分高于对照组的(84.39±10.22)分、(92.23±2.16)分(t=4.16、3.42,P<0.05);产妇不良反应6.06%、护理投诉0.60%低于对照组的16.97%、4.24%(χ2=5.22、4.04,P<0.05)。结论产科病房实施护理风险管理措施,能够减少产科护理风险事件的发生率,提高孕产妇的护理满意度,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the effects of nursing risk management in maternity wards. Methods From January to December 2018, 330 maternal women in the maternity ward of the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 165 cases each. The control group received routine nursing care. The observation group carried out the following nursing measures: establishing the obstetric risk care management team, improving the obstetric care risk management system, strengthening the awareness of risk prevention for obstetric nurses, strengthening the professional training of obstetric nursing staff, and fully communicating with pregnant women, and strengthening the management of medical care equipment. Results Obstetrical risk prevention test scores of observation group (93.47±4.89)points and maternal nursing satisfaction scores (98.25±1.18)points were higher than those of the control group (84.39±10.22)points and (92.23±2.16)points(t=4.16,3.42,P<0.05);maternal adverse reactions 6.06%, nursing complaints 0.60% lower than the control group 16.97%,4.24%(χ2=5.22,4.04,P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nursing risk management measures in maternity wards can reduce the incidence of obstetric care risk events and improve maternal care satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
