护理风险管理在血管外科病区中的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of Nursing Risk Management in Vascular Surgical Wards

目的探究护理风险管理在血管外科病区中的应用价值分析。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月该院血管外科病区接诊的患者78例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法进行分组,将风险管理应用于实验组,常规护理应用于对照组,各39例,对比两组患者的护理服务质量评分和投诉率。结果对比投诉率,实验组患者相对较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比护理质量评分,实验组(93.05±5.11)分vs对照组(80.15±1.08)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在血管外科病区中的应用可达到良好的临床效果,提高患者的护理服务质量,降低投诉率,该种护理风险管理模式值得在临床中应用。

Objective To explore the application value of nursing risk management in vascular surgical wards. Methods A total of 78 patients who underwent vascular surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study. The randomized digital table method was used to group the risk management application with the experimental group and routine nursing was applied to the control group. In each of 39 cases, the nursing service quality score and complaint rate were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the complaint rate, the experimental group had lower help and statistical significance(P<0.05). Compared with the nursing quality score, the experimental group(93.05±5.11)points vs control group(80.15±1.08)points,the difference is statistically significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in vascular surgical wards can achieve good clinical results, improve the quality of nursing services and reduce the complaint rate. This kind of nursing risk management model is worthy of clinical application.
