观察小儿手足口病流行期间预检分诊护理管理措施与护理效果

Observing the Nursing Management Measures and Nursing Effects of Preexamination and Triage During the Epidemic of Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease in Children

目的将小儿手足口病流行期间护理管理措施作为论述中心,就预检分诊护理管理的护理效果进行揭示。方法纳选该院收治的160例手足口病患者作为研究样本主体,纳选时间在2016年8月-2018年11月期间,按照其护理管理手段将其分成对比组(80例)与研究组(80例),为对比组患儿施以常规化护理管理,为研究组患儿施以预检分诊护理管理,统计分析其管理效果。结果施以不同护理管理后,研究组患儿的皮疹消退用时、均数据热程、住院时间及口腔糜烂愈合用时均显著短于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床治疗有效率相较,研究组明显较高于对比组(97.5%:81.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿手足口病流行期间为患儿施以预检分诊护理管理,可有效改善患儿的临床症状,对治疗有效率的提升具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To observe the nursing management measures during the epidemic of hand, foot and mouth disease in children, and to reveal the nursing effect of pre-examination and care management. Methods 160 patients with hand, foot and mouth disease admitted to our hospital were selected as the main sample of the study. The selection time was divided into the comparison group (80 cases) and study group(80 cases) according to their nursing management methods from August 2016 to November 2018, the children in the comparison group were given routine nursing management, and the pre-examination and triage nursing management was applied to the children in the study group, and the management effect was statistically analyzed. Results After treatment with different nursing management, the time of rash regression, data heat history, hospitalization time and oral erosion healing time of the study group were significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the data showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Compared with the effective treatment, the study group was significantly higher than the control group(97.5%:81.2%), and the data were statistically significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion Pre-examination and triage management for children with hand, foot and mouth disease during the epidemic can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children, and has important clinical significance for the improvement of treatment efficiency. It is worth further promotion.
