标准化培训提高创伤骨科专科护理质量的实验性研究

Experimental Study on Standardization Training to Improve the Quality of Nursing Care for Trauma and Orthopedics

目的分析研究标准化培训对创伤骨科专科护理质量的影响。方法选取该院的创伤中心专科护理人员22名作为研究对象,将其分为两个阶段分别为常规培训阶段和标准化培训阶段,2017年1-6月进行常规培训,2017年7-12月进行标准化培训,分析培训效果。结果标准化培训阶段理论知识和技能操作成绩合格率明显高于常规培训阶段,且标准化培训阶段患者的护理满意度也要显著高于常规培训阶段,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对创伤骨科专科护理人员实施标准化培训,不仅可以提升护理人员理论知识和技能操作成绩的合格率,还可以显著提升患者护理满意度,对提高创伤骨科专科护理质量具有积极作用。

Objective To analyze and study the impact of standardized training on the quality of traumatic orthopedic specialist nursing. Methods Twenty-two nursing staff of trauma center in our hospital were selected as research objects, which were divided into two stages: regular training stage and standardized training stage. Regular training was held from January to June 2017, July to December 2017, standardized training was conducted to analyze the training results. Results The qualification rate of theoretical knowledge and skill operation in the standardized training stage was significantly higher than that in the regular training stage, and the satisfaction of patients in the standardized training stage was also significantly higher than that in the regular training stage, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Standardized training for trauma and orthopedic specialist nursing staff can not only improve the qualified rate of nursing staff's theoretical knowledge and skill operation scores, but also significantly improve patient care satisfaction, and has a positive effect on improving the quality of traumatic orthopedic specialist nursing.
