摘要
目的调查中国民用航空新疆地区空中交通管制员血脂异常特点,为制定该地区民航空中交通管制员高脂血症的综合干预措施提供参考依据。方法随机选取在该单位参加体检的新疆民航空中交通管制员180名,按年龄分为A组(~30岁)、B组(31~40岁)、C组(41岁~),每组60名。采用罗氏全自动生化分析仪检测肘静脉血中总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白B、脂蛋白a的含量并分析。结果不同年龄民航空中交通管制员甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白B、脂蛋白A水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在总胆固醇水平方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。该次体检民航空中交通管制员高甘油三脂血症、高胆固醇血症、高低密度脂蛋白血症、低高密度脂蛋白血症患病率分别为21.1%、22.2%、10.6%、25.0%。在A、B、C 3组中高甘油三脂血症患病率依次为10.0%、23.3%、30.0%,高胆固醇血症患病率依次为11.7%、25.0%、30.0%,高低密度脂蛋白血症患病率依次为5.0%、8.3%、18.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),低高密度脂蛋白血症患病率依次为20.0%、28.3%、26.7%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新疆地区民航空中交通管制员血脂异常患病率较高,且随年龄增大而明显增高,应及早对发现的异常情况实施干预。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of dyslipidemia in air traffic controllers in civil aviation in Xinjiang, and to provide a reference for the development of comprehensive intervention measures for civil aviation air traffic controllers with hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 180 civil aviation air traffic controllers in Xinjiang were randomly selected according to their age. They were divided into group A (-30 years old), group B (31-40 years old), and group C (41 years old-). The content of total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein A1, apolipoprotein B and lipoprotein a in the blood of the elbow vein was detected by Roche automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The levels of triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein A1, apolipoprotein B and lipoprotein a in civil aviation air traffic controllers of different ages were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in cholesterol levels(P>0.05). The prevalence rates of high-triglyceride, hypercholesterolemia, high-low-density lipoproteinemia, and low-density lipoproteinemia in civil aviation air traffic controllers were 21.1%, 22.2%, 10.6%, and 25.0%. The prevalence of hypertriglyceridemia in the three groups A, B, C was 10.0%, 23.3%, 30.0%, and the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia was 11.7%, 25.0%, 30.0%, high and low density lipid prevalence of proteinemia was 5.0%, 8.3%, and 18.3%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The prevalence of low-density lipoproteinemia was 20.0%, 28.3%, and 26.7%, respectively. The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of dyslipidemia in civil aviation air traffic controllers in Xinjiang is relatively high, and it increases significantly with age. Interventions should be implemented as early as possible.
