跌倒风险分级管理在神经内科开放病房防跌倒护理管理中的作用

The Role of Fall Risk Classification Management in the Management of Anti-fall Care in Open Ward of Neurology Department

目的研究跌倒风险管理应用于神经内科开方式病房防跌倒护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1-12月于该院收治的58例神经内科患者作为研究对象,根据有无应用跌倒风险管理将所有患者均分为两组,分级组患者采取跌倒风险分级模式,参照组患者采取常规护理模式。对比两组患者临床护理效果。结果①跌倒预防效果:分级组患者预防效果优于参照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②患者满意度:分级组患者高于参照组患者,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③护理安全管理质量评分:分级组安全护理质量评分高于参照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科开放病房中应用跌倒风险管理模式进行预防跌倒护理管理,能够有效保障患者人生安全,建议进行推广。

Objective To study the application effect of fall risk management in the management of anti-fall nursing in neurology open ward. Methods A total of 58 neurology patients admitted to this hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were enrolled. All patients were divided into two groups according to the risk management of fall or not. The patients in the graded group were assessed by fall risk classification. The reference group of patients took the regular care mode. Compare the clinical nursing effects of the two groups of patients. Results 1.Fall prevention effect: the prevention effect of the graded group was better than that of the reference group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). 2.Patient satisfaction: the patients in the graded group were higher than the patients in the reference group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). 3.The quality of nursing safety management score: The safety nursing quality score of the graded group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The fall risk management model is used in the open ward of neurology to prevent falls care management, which can effectively protect patients' lives and recommend promotion.
