分层级护理管理模式在综合外科不良事件管理中的应用

Application of Hierarchical Nursing Management Mode in Comprehensive Surgical Adverse Event Management

目的研究在综合外科护理工作中实施分层级护理管理模式的效果。方法将42名在岗外科护士作为样本1,统计并比较分层级护理管理模式实施前(2017年1-12月)和实施后(2018年1-12月)外科护理工作质量,同时将该管理模式实施前后各200例患者作为样本2,统计并比较该管理模式实施前后护理不良事件和纠纷事件发生率以及护理满意度。结果分层级护理管理模式实施后外科护理质量评分均高于实施前,且护理纠纷和不良事件发生率均分别低于实施前,护理满意度则高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层级护理管理模式可以提高综合外科护理工作质量,降低外科护理纠纷及不良事件发生率,并可提高护理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of implementing a hierarchical nursing management model in comprehensive surgical nursing work. Methods A total of 42 on-the-job surgical nurses were used as sample1 to compare the quality of surgical nursing work before the implementation of the tiered nursing management model (January-December 2017) and after implementation(January to December 2018). Before and after the implementation of the management model, 200 patients were sample 2, and the incidence of adverse events and disputes before and after the implementation of the management model and the satisfaction of nursing were compared. Results The quality of surgical nursing was higher than that before implementation, and the incidence of nursing disputes and adverse events were lower than before implementation, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The stratified nursing management model can improve the quality of comprehensive surgical care, reduce the incidence of surgical care disputes and adverse events, and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
