摘要
在重症医学科管理过程中,传统的管理模式已经无法满足科室管理的需求,不利于重症医学科管理水平的提高。在不断发展的医疗环境中,有效的激励机制及科室文化建设管理手段显得尤为重要,激励机制与科室文化建设过程中主要通过行为规范奖惩措施激发及鼓励医护人员协同相应的管理,促进科室管理水平的提高,最大程度上减少医患纠纷事件的发生,倡导以人为本的管理理念,在制度文化的前提下整合重症医学科的物质文化及精神文化,促进医疗管理质量的发展。为了分析激励机制与科室文化建设在重症医学科管理中的应用途径,针对激励机制与科室文化建设的意义进行了分析。
In the management of intensive care, the traditional management model can not meet the needs of department management, which is not conducive to the improvement of the management level of critical medicine. In the constantly developing medical environment, effective incentive mechanism and department culture construction management means are particularly important. In the process of incentive mechanism and department culture construction, the behavioral norms and rewards and punishments are mainly used to stimulate and encourage medical staff to coordinate the corresponding management and promote the management level of the department. The improvement will minimize the occurrence of doctor-patient disputes, advocate the people-oriented management concept, integrate the material culture and spiritual culture of the critical medicine department under the premise of institutional culture, and promote the development of medical management quality. In order to analyze the application of incentive mechanism and department culture construction in the management of intensive care, the author analyzes the significance of incentive mechanism and department culture construction.
