摘要
目的观察分析问题管理模式加情景模拟培训对内分泌科患者护理满意度提升的作用影响。方法将该院内分泌科于2018年4-10月研究时间段内收治的150例患者设为研究对象开展研究,根据入院时间的不同,将其分为对照组与实验组。对照组接受常规护理,实验组接受问题管理模式加情景模拟培训。对比两组护理满意度及护理质量评分。结果实验组护理满意度及各项护理评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论问题管理模式加情景模拟培训可实现对内分泌科护理质量及患者满意度的有效提升,效果显著。
Objective To observe the effect of analysis problem management mode and situational simulation training on the improvement of nursing satisfaction of endocrinologists. Methods One hundred and fifty patients admitted to the endocrinology department of our hospital from April to October 2018 were enrolled in the study. According to the time of admission, they were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received routine care and the experimental group received a problem management model plus scenario simulation training. Compare the two groups of nursing satisfaction and nursing quality score. Results The nursing satisfaction and nursing scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was stantitically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Problem management mode plus situational simulation training can effectively improve the quality of endocrine care and patient satisfaction, and the effect is remarkable.
