探讨PDCA循环在提高护士人力资源调配演练中应急能力的应用效果

Exploring the Application Effect of PDCA Cycle in Improving the Emergency Ability of Nurses in Human Resource Allocation Exercise

目的对比PDCA循环实施前后各科护理人员人力资源调配演练中应急能力的变化。方法该院针对护理人员于2017年实施案例演练,然后运用PDCA循环对紧急情况下护理人力资源调配演练的应急能力进行现状分析,根据分析结果持续质量改进。结果 PDCA循环实施后发生大批食物中毒和外伤人员进院时各科室在应急时快速调配急救人员,5 min内到达急救中心的人数增加,各个科室间护理人员数量分配比例和短时间内达到急救区域的人数与PDCA循环实施前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PDCA循环实施后人员参与配合、环境物品准备、反应流程以及操作与处理评分均明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环实施后人力调配得到改善,短时间内达到急救区域。

Objective To compare the changes of emergency ability in the human resource allocation exercise of nursing staff before and after the implementation of PDCA cycle. Methods The hospital conducted a case drill for nursing staff in 2017, and then used the PDCA cycle to analyze the current situation of the emergency response capability of the nursing human resources deployment exercise in emergency situations, and continued quality improvement based on the analysis results. Results After the implementation of the PDCA cycle, a large number of food poisoning and traumatic personnel were quickly assigned to emergency personnel during emergency. The number of people arriving at the emergency center within 5 minutes increased, and the proportion of nursing staff in each department reached the emergency area. The difference between the number of patients and the PDCA cycle was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the PDCA cycle was implemented, the personnel participation, environmental preparation, reaction process, and operation and treatment scores were significantly higher than before the implementation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion After the PDCA cycle was implemented, the manpower deployment was improved and the emergency area was reached in a short time.
