血液净化护理质量管理中质量控制的应用研究

Applied Research on Quality Control in Blood Purification Nursing Quality Management

目的探讨血液净化护理质量管理中质量控制的应用价值。方法在该院2018年1-12月期间收治的行血液净化治疗的患者140例进行研究,将其按照信封法分为两组,对照组70例,采用常规护理管理,观察组70例,行质量控制管理,对两组的管理效果进行比较。结果观察组患者感染事件发生率、热源反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);卫生采样检测结果比较,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理管理的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论质量控制的应用可提高血液净化护理管理质量,效果理想,可推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of quality control in blood purification nursing quality management. Methods A total of 140 patients undergoing blood purification treatment from January to December 2018 in our hospital were enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups according to the envelope method, and 70 patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing management and 70 cases in the observation group, the quality control management was carried out, and the management effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of infection events and the incidence of heat source reaction in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The results of the hygienic sampling test were better than the control group(P<0.05). Management satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of quality control can improve the quality of blood purification nursing management, and the effect is ideal and can be promoted and applied.
