区域医共体模式建立思路探索——以绵孝医共体建设为案例分析

该文主要介绍了绵竹市在当前新医改的背景构建之下,创建了基于县域的医疗卫生服务共同体,也就是医共体的相关情况,形成了以四川大学华西医院为引领、绵竹市人民医院为龙头、中心镇卫生院为枢纽的三级联动县域医疗服务模式,简要分析了医共体在该地的相关联动、资源整合,以及对明确功能、能力提升和规范服务等方面的典型融合经验做法。希望该文可以抛砖引玉,给同行提供一点启发。

This paper mainly introduces Mianzhu City under the background of the current new medical reform, and created a community-based medical and health service community, which is also the medical community, and formed the Sichuan University West China Hospital as the leader, Mianzhu People's Hospital is a three-level county-level medical service model with the leading and central town hospitals as the hub. It briefly analyzes the local linkage and resource integration of the medical community, and the typical integration of clear functions, capacity enhancement and standardization services experience. I hope this article can be used to inspire others and provide some inspiration to the peers.
