舒适护理在糖尿病肾病临床护理中的应用

Application of Comfortable Nursing in Clinical Nursing of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的对糖尿病肾病患者使用舒适护理后的效果进行探讨分析,为临床护理提供可靠的信息。方法 2016年12月—2018年12月该院对糖尿病肾病患者80例进行了分析研究,将患者分成了对照组和观察组,各40例,观察组使用舒适护理,对照组使用常规护理,对比分析两组的临床护理情况。结果全部患者接受了临床护理,观察组的临床护理满意度是100.00%,对照组患者的临床满意度是85.00%,观察组的护理满意度比对照组高,两组结果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的临床并发症几率是15.00%,对照组患者的临床并发症几率是40.00%,观察组并发症几率比对照组患者低,两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者使用舒适护理对患者的病情康复效果理想,患者的并发症几率比较低,患者的生存质量改善明显,临床中可以进行推广使用。

Objective To analyze the effect of using comfortable nursing for patients with diabetic nephropathy and provide reliable information for clinical nursing. Methods From December 2016 to December 2018, 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy were analyzed. The patients were divided into control group and observation group, 40 patients in each group. The observation group used comfortable nursing and the control group used routine care, comparative analysis of the clinical care of the two groups. Results All patients received clinical care. The clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, and the clinical satisfaction of the control group was 85.00%. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The clinical complications of the observation group were 15.00%, and the clinical complications of the control group were 40.00%. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with diabetic nephropathy use comfortable nursing to improve the patient's condition, and the patient's complication rate is relatively low. The patient's quality of life is improved obviously, and it can be promoted and used in clinical practice.
