α-硫辛酸与高压氧联合治疗糖尿病足疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of α-lipoic Acid Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen on Diabetic Foot

目的探讨-硫酸锌、高压氧联合应用于糖尿病足临床治疗中的效果。方法选择于2018年7月—2019年3月期间在该院接受治疗的70例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,按照患者入院就诊日期划分为对照组、实验组,各35例患者;对照组接受-硫酸锌方案治疗,实验组接受-硫酸锌、高压氧联合方案治疗,比对两组患者的临床治疗有效。结果实验组患者的临床治疗有效率为94.29%,对照组患者的临床治疗有效率为71.43%,对比分析两组数据,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者接受-硫酸锌、高压氧联合方案治疗,具有非常确切的临床效果,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of zinc sulfate and hyperbaric oxygen on the clinical treatment of diabetic foot. Methods Seventy patients with diabetic foot who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled. The patients were admitted to the control group and the experimental group, 35 patients in each group. The control group received zinc sulfate regimen. The experimental group received the combination of zinc sulfate and hyperbaric oxygen, which was effective in the clinical treatment of the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 94.29%, and the clinical effective rate of the control group was 71.43%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with diabetic foot receiving the combination of zinc sulfate and hyperbaric oxygen have a very accurate clinical effect and are worthy of promotion.
