术前访视对糖尿病患者心理应激及并发症发生的影响

Effect of Preoperative Visit on Psychological Stress and Complications in Diabetic Patients

目的探讨术前访视对糖尿病患者心理应激及并发症的影响。方法选择2017年12月—2018年12月该科进行手术的糖尿病患者52例,随机分为两组,每组26例,观察组进行术前访视,对照组进行常规术前宣教和准备。结果入手术室时观察组患者SAS评分(29.42±4.86)分、FPG(6.69±0.44)mmol/L显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率为7.69%,显著低于对照组19.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前访视能有效改善患者不良心理,降低对血糖的刺激,减少并发症地发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative visit on psychological stress and complications in diabetic patients. Methods A total of 52 patients with diabetes mellitus who underwent surgery from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 26 cases in each group. The observation group was given preoperative visits, and the control group was routinely preoperatively taught and prepared. Results In the operating room, the SAS score (29.42±4.86)points,and FPG(6.69±0.44) mmol/L were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, the different was statistically significant (P<0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was 7.69%, which was significantly lower than that in the observation group than that in the control group of 19.23%,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Preoperative visit can effectively improve patients' bad psychology, reduce blood glucose stimulation and reduce complications.
