妊娠期糖尿病孕妇分娩期系统护理应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of System Nursing on the Delivery of Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes

目的评价妊娠期糖尿病孕妇分娩期系统护理的应用效果。方法应用抽签法将该院2018年6—12月收治的120例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇随机分为研究组、对照组,予以研究组分娩期系统护理,予以对照组分娩期常规护理,比较两组不良分娩结局发生率和产后并发症发生率。结果研究组不良分娩结局发生率和产后并发症发生率均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇实施分娩期系统护理,能够有效降低孕妇分娩期风险事件发生率,保障母儿健康。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of systemic nursing during delivery in pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Methods 120 pregnant women with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group. The systemic nursing of the study group was given to the patients during the delivery period. And the control group was given routine nursing. The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes and the incidence of postpartum complications in the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes and the incidence of postpartum complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The systemic care of pregnant women with gestational diabetes can effectively reduce the incidence of risk events during pregnancy and ensure the health of mother and child.
