湿性敷料与传统换药在糖尿病足换药护理中的应用效果比较

目的观察糖尿病足换药护理中运用湿性敷料与传统换药临床效果。方法 2015年2月—2018年2月间选取该院收治的100例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组50例,对照组采用传统换药进行换药护理,研究组采取湿性敷料进行换药护理。比较两组护理效果和患者满意度。结果研究组显效、有效和总有效率均优于对照组,无效例数少于对照组,研究组的非常满意例数和基本满意例数均多于对照组,不满意例数少于对照组,组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者采取湿性敷料换药护理效果明显,缓解患者的疼痛程度,提高患者的满意度,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of using wet dressing and traditional dressing change in diabetic foot dressing care. Methods 100 patients from Februaty 2015 to Februaty 2018 one hundred patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group. Each group consisted of 50 patients. The control group was treated with traditional dressing change dressing. The research group took wet dressing for dressing care. Compare the two groups of nursing effects and patient satisfaction. Results The obvious effective, effective and total effective rate of the study group were better than the control group. The number of invalid cases was less than that of the control group. The number of very satisfied cases and the number of basic satisfied cases in the study group were higher than those in the control group. The number of unsatisfactory cases was less than that of the control group. The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with diabetic foot have obvious effects in dressing with wet dressing, which can alleviate the pain level of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients. It is worth promoting.
