全身麻醉与腰硬联合麻醉对40例老年糖尿病下肢血管病变手术患者术后认知功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探寻不同麻醉方式对老年糖尿病下肢血管病变手术患者认知功能的影响。方法 2018年1—12月间随机抽取80例老年糖尿病下肢血管病变手术患者,采取双盲筛选法将其均分为对照组与观察组,分别接受全身麻醉与腰硬联合麻醉。结果观察组认知功能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腰硬联合麻醉可有效改善老年糖尿病下肢血管病变手术患者的认知功能,值得临床广泛推广运用。 Objective To explore the effects of different anesthesia methods on cognitive function in elderly patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease. Methods From January to December 2018 eighty elderly patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group by double-blind screening method. They underwent general anesthesia and combined spinal and epidural anesthesia. Results The cognitive function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the different was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of spinal and epidural anesthesia can effectively improve the cognitive function of elderly patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease surgery, which is worthy of widespread use in clinical practice.
