多样性护理对糖尿病合并冠心病护理效果以及遵医行为的影响

Effect of Diversity Nursing on Nursing Effect and Compliance Behavior of Diabetes Mellitus with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨多样性护理对糖尿病合并冠心病护理效果以及遵医行为的应用影响。方法选取该院2018年2月—2019年2月收治的糖尿病合并冠心病患者共88例,按照随机、平均分组原则分为观察组与对照组,每组44例患者,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予多样性护理,对比分析两组患者遵医行为及依从性。结果对照组在准时复诊、按时用药、合理运动、合理饮食、戒烟戒酒、定时自我监这几个方面遵医行为例数均显著低于观察组,组间比较,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的依从性(77.27%)明显低于观察组依从性(93.18%),组间比较,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多样化护理对糖尿病合并冠心病护理疗效显著,有效改善患者的遵医行为,值得在临床上推广和运用。

Objective To explore the effect of diversity nursing on the nursing effect and compliance behavior of diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 88 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of randomization and average grouping. Each group had 44 patients, and the control group was given routine nursing, observation group gave diversity nursing, comparative analysis of two groups of patients compliance behavior and compliance was implemented. Results The number of follow-up behaviors in the control group on the time of on-time referral, on-time medication, reasonable exercise, reasonable diet, smoking cessation and alcohol withdrawal, and regular self-monitoring were significantly lower than the observation group, compared between two groups. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The compliance of the control group (77.27%) was significantly lower than that of the observation group (93.18%), compared between the groups, and The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Diversified nursing has significant effect on the treatment of diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease. Effectively improve the patient's compliance behavior, it is worth promoting and clinical use.
