手术室围手术期护理对合并糖尿病患者术后切口愈合的效果分析

Effect of Perioperative Nursing in Operating Room on Postoperative Incision Healing in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨手术室围手术期护理对合并糖尿病患者术后切口愈合产生的效果。方法选择2018年1—12月在该院接受治护的80例合并糖尿病患者作为一般对象,并采取随机分组的方式将其均分为观察组及对照组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组护理方案基础上实施手术室围手术期护理,对两组低血糖发生情况、并发症发生情况、平均住院时间以及患者满意度评分进行对比。结果观察组低血糖发生率、并发症发生率、平均住院时间以及患者满意度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对合并糖尿病患者实施手术室围手术期护理,能够使切口愈合延迟现象得以减轻,且能够降低并发症发生率,减少低血糖病例发生,从而使患者达到满意状态,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing in operating room on postoperative incision healing in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Eighty patients with diabetes mellitus who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the general subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases each. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group performed perioperative nursing of the operating room based on the nursing program of the control group. The incidence of hypoglycemia, complications, average hospitalization time and patient satisfaction score were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of hypoglycemia, complication rate, average hospitalization time and patient satisfaction score were better in the observation group than in the control group. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing care for patients with diabetes can reduce the delay of wound healing, reduce the incidence of complications, reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, and make patients reach a satisfactory state, which is worth promoting.
