整体护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果研究

Study on the Effect of Holistic Nursing Intervention in Patients with Gestational Diabetes

目的探讨整体护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选取该院2016年1月-2018年1月收治的88例妊娠期糖尿病患者,根据不同护理方法分为两组,对照组(n=44)接受常规护理,观察组(n=44)接受整体护理,对比两组产妇和新生儿并发症发生率。结果观察组产妇并发症发生率11.36%(5/44),对照组产妇并发症发生率34.09%(15/44),两组产妇并发症发生率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿并发症发生率9.09%(4/44),对照组新生儿并发症发生率27.27%(12/44),两组新生儿并发症发生率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理能减少母婴并发症,分析是整体护理可使患者了解疾病的治疗、护理重要性,以正确的心态面对疾病,分娩后积极预防,因此能降低母婴并发症。

Objective To investigate the effect of overall nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Eighty-eight patients with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled according to different nursing methods. The control group (n=44) received routine nursing and the observation group (n=44) received overall care and compare the incidence of maternal and neonatal complications between the two groups. Results The incidence of maternal complications was 11.36%(5/44) in the observation group and 34.09%(15/44) in the control group. The incidence of maternal complications was statistically significant different between the two groups (P< 0.05). The incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group was 9.09%(4/44), and the incidence of neonatal complications in the control group was 27.27%(12/44). There was statistically significant difference in the incidence of neonatal complications between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Holistic nursing can reduce maternal and child complications. Holistic nursing can make patients understand the importance of treatment and care of the disease, face the disease with correct mentality, and actively prevent it after delivery, thus reducing maternal and child complications.
