妊娠期糖尿病剖宫产的术后护理要点探讨

Discussion on Postoperative Nursing Points of Cesarean Section in Gestational Diabetes

目的对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施剖宫产手术之后的护理经验进行总结和研究。方法选择2017年6月—2018年11月期间该院收治的90例实施剖宫产的妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照硬币法将其随机划分为两组,对照组45例,观察组45例。采用常规护理模式对对照组予以护理,在此基础上,采用综合护理措施对观察组患者进行护理,对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果对照组护理前的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平与观察组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理后的腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平明显低于对照组,两组患者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用综合护理的方式护理实施剖宫产的妊娠期糖尿病患者具有很好的效果,其能够有效降低控制患者的血糖水平。

Objective To summarize and study the nursing experience after cesarean section in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods 90 cases of gestational diabetes patients from June 2017 to November 2018 who underwent cesarean section admitted to our hospital were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups according to the coin method, 45 cases in the control group and 45 cases in the observation group. The control group was treated with the routine nursing mode. On the basis of this, comprehensive nursing measures were used to treat the patients in the observation group, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The fasting blood glucose and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose level of the control group were not significantly different from those of the observation group (P>0.05), which was not statistically significant. The blood glucose level of the observation group and the blood glucose level after 2 h of postprandial treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing care for gestational diabetes patients with cesarean section has a good effect, which can effectively reduce the blood glucose level of patients.
