摘要
建立一支可持续、稳固协调、以人为本、全面系统的高质量师资队伍是高职院校走内涵式发展、深化职业教育改革的重要举措。但部分高职院校的师资队伍建设仍然存在教师的职业认同感不足、结构不合理、培训体系、人才引进以及评定考核机制不完善等问题,该文因此针对性的提出打造特色品牌专业、强化师资培训体系、调整人才引进方式、完善考核机制等策略。
Establishing the sustainable, stable and coordinated, people-oriented, comprehensive and systematic high-quality teaching staff is an important measure for higher vocational colleges to develop intensively and deepen the reform of vocational education. However, there are still some problems in the construction of teaching staff for part of higher vocational colleges, such as lack of professional identity to teachers, unreasonable structure, imperfect training system, talent introduction and evaluation mechanism. Thus, this paper puts forward some strategies to build characteristic brand specialty, strengthen teacher training system, adjust the approach of introducing talent, and improve assessment mechanism.
