摘要
系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种累及多个器官和系统的慢性自身免疫性疾病,以产生多种自身抗体为特征。近年来诊断和治疗水平不断提高,但SLE的发病机制和具体病因迄今不明。现已有多项研究证实微小RNA(miRNAs)参与人体生长发育等多种生物学进程,部分miRNAs异常表达可诱导自身免疫反应。miRNAs表达变化被发现参与多种自身免疫性疾病如SLE。因此,有必要研究miRNAs的特性及其参与SLE发病的机制。
Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a chronic autoimmune disease involving multiple organs and systems characterized by the production of multiple autoantibodies.In recent years,the level of diagnosis and treatment has been continuously improved,but the pathogenesis and specific etiology of SLE are still unknown.A number of studies have confirmed that miRNAs are involved in a variety of biological processes such as human growth and development,and some abnormal miRNAs expression can induce an autoimmune response.Changes in miRNAs expression have been found to be involved in a variety of autoimmune diseases,such as systemic lupus erythematosus.This paper will summarize the characteristics of miRNAs and their involvement in the pathogenesis of SLE.
