摘要 海上油井酸化后,油井返排液进入电脱水器后常引起电脱水器跳闸,其原因是进入电脱水装置的流体的导电能力过高,在常规的极板工作电压下导致了电脱装置的电流值超过了设备的额定电流,发生过载。文章对生产过程中可能进入电脱水设备的介质的电导率以及影响相关液体导电能力的因素进行研究。实验表明,pH大小、加碱中和以及较高的Fe^3+、Ca^2+、Mg^2+含量等是影响电导率的主要因素,为后续返排液的处理提供了理论依据。 After the acidification of offshore oil wells, the return fluid of oil wells enters the electric dehydrator, which often causes the trip of the electric dehydrator. The reason is that the electric conductivity of the fluid entering the electric dehydration device is too high. Under the normal working voltage of the plate, the current value of the electric dehydration device exceeds the rated current of the device and overloads occur. In this paper, the conductivity of the medium which may enter the electric dehydration equipment in the production process and the factors affecting the conductivity of the related liquids are studied. Experiments show that pH value, neutralization with alkali, high Fe^3+ and Ca^2+, Mg^2+ content are the main factors affecting conductivity, which provide theoretical basis for subsequent treatment of backflow fluid and ensure normal production of oilfield.
