摘要
化工园区存在危险品生产、经营、储存、运输等众多环节,每个环节都存在风险,需要实时感知园区危险态势,及时发现并排除潜在的安全威胁。相关政策要求化工企业迁入化工园区,管理好化工企业是园区管理者首要任务。文章从智能制造、数字化转型等要求以及"互联网+工业"的发展趋势,基于化工企业安全风险分级管控的要求,结合某化工园区及企业的实际情况,从企业安全生产、园区封闭、危化品全流程监管、危化设备管理等方面提出了一套多维度信息化的安全大数据解决方案,探索化工企业安全风险的管理模式。
There are many safety threats in the chemical park, such as production, operation, storage and transportation of dangerous goods. It is necessary to sense the dangerous situation of the park in real time and potential security threats must be discovered and eliminated in time. Relevant policies require chemical companies to move into chemical park. Managing chemical companies is the primary task of park managers. According to the requirements of intelligent manufacturing, digital transformation and the development trend of "Internet+industry", based on the requirements of chemical enterprise safety risk grading management, combined with the actual situation of a chemical park and enterprises, from enterprise safety production, park closure, hazardous chemicals, the whole process supervision of hazardous chemicals and hazardous equipment management, a set of multi-dimensional information security big data solutions is proposed, exploring the management mode of chemical enterprise security risks, and provide reference for relevant organizations to carry out safety management information construction.
