摘要
文章针对二甲苯含量少、难分离特性,旨在通过控制乙苯-苯乙烯塔灵敏板温度,综合各组分指标参数变化,摸索出最佳二甲苯控制指标,以达到减少滞留脱氢系统中二甲苯,及降低综合能耗的主要目标。
Dimethylbenzene, with low yield percentage, was generated during ethylbenzene generation and dehydrogenating process, which was difficult to be separated. In this work, to solve this issue, the condition toward controlling dimethylbenzene content was optimized by tuning the reactioncondition such as the temperature of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation. The content of dimethylbenzene during the dehydrogenating process was dramatically decreased and the overall energy consumption was reduced as well.
