外路泪囊鼻腔吻合术在高龄慢性泪囊炎中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of External Dacryocystorhinostomy in Elderly Chronic Dacryocystitis

目的探讨外路泪囊鼻腔吻合术在高龄慢性泪囊炎治疗中的效果。方法方便选取该院2017年5月-2018年5月收治慢性泪囊炎患者,共有149例患者参与到此次研究中。将患者分成3组,分别记为A组、B组和C组,A组有48例患者,采用泪囊鼻腔吻合术,B组有50例患者,采用鼻泪管扩张术,C组有51例患者,采用永久性人工鼻泪管支架手术。手术后4个月内对患者的溢泪现象进行对照,分析患者泪道通畅情况和并发症。结果在术后的1个月,A组患者的治愈率为96.66%,有效率为97.91%。B组患者治愈率为74.00%,有效率为94.00%。C组患者治愈率为82.35%,有效率为88.23%。治疗4个月后,A组患者的治愈率为85.41%%,有效率为95.83%。B组患者治愈率为66.00%,有效率为88.00%。C组患者治愈率为82.35%,有效率为88.23%。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高龄慢性泪囊炎治疗中,采用泪囊鼻腔吻合术效果明显,值得在临床上应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of external approach for lacrimal sac angioplasty in the treatment of advanced chronic dacryocystitis. Methods A total of 149 patients with chronic dacryocystitis were convenient selected and enrolled in this hospital from May 2017 to May 2018. A total of 149 patients participated in the study. The patients were divided into three groups, which were recorded as group A, group B and group C. 48 patients in group A were treated with dacryocystorhinostomy, 50 patients in group B were treated with nasolacrimal duct dilatation, and group C was 51 patients, permanent artificial nasolacrimal duct stent surgery was used. The patient's tears were compared within four months after surgery, and the patient's lacrimal passage and complications were analyzed. Results In the one month after surgery, the cure rate of group A patients was 91.66%, and the effective rate was 97.91%. The cure rate of group B patients was 74.00%, and the effective rate was 94.00%. The cure rate of group C patients was 82.35%, and the effective rate was 88.23%. After four months of treatment, the cure rate of group A patients was 85.41%, and the effective rate was 95.83%. The cure rate of group B patients was 66.00%, and the effective rate was 88.00%. The cure rate of patients in group C was 82.35%, and the effective rate was 88.23%. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of advanced chronic dacryocystitis, the use of dacryocystorhinostomy is effective and worthy of clinical application.
