氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病并高血压临床效果及药学分析

Clinical Effect and Pharmacological Analysis of Amlodipine Combined with Irbesartan in the Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension

目的观察糖尿病并高血压应用氨氯地平、厄贝沙坦联合治疗的效果及药学。方法临床资料方便采集该院2017年7月-2018年7月内科诊治的80例糖尿病并高血压患者,按不同治疗方案分2组,每组40例,对照组口服厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组在其基础口服氨氯地平治疗,比较两组疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组治疗1个月的总有效率92.50%相比对照组75.00%较高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.500 6,P<0.05);观察组治疗1个月后的FBG(4.15±1.09)mmol/L、2 hPBG (10.34±2.01)mmol/L、HbAlc (4.34±1.25)%相比对照组水平低,且SBP (120.45±5.67)mmHg、DBP(67.89±5.67)mmHg相比对照组水平低,比较差异统计学意义(t=12.489 8、6.932 8、12.044 2、9.711 5、6.893 9,P<0.05);两组不良反应几率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病并高血压应用氨氯地平、厄贝沙坦联合治疗的效果显著,既能降低血压,又能降低血糖,提高疗效,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the effect and pharmacology of amlodipine and irbesartan in the treatment of diabetes and hypertension. Methods Clinical data were conveniently collected from 80 patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension treated by our department from July 2017 to July 2018. According to different treatment regimens, there were 2 groups in each group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with irbesartan. On the basis of oral amlodipine treatment, the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.50% for 1 month compared with 75.00% for the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.500 6,P<0.05);FBG (4.15±1.09) mmol/L, 2 hPBG (10.34±2.01) mmol/L, HbAlc (4.34±1.25)% for 1 month after treatment in the observation group, were lower than the control group, and SBP (120.45±5.67) mmHg and DBP (67.89±5.67) mmHg were lower than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (t=12.489 8,6.932 8, 12.044 2,9.711 5,6.893 9,P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of amlodipine and irbesartan is effective in the treatment of diabetes and hypertension. It can lower blood pressure, lower blood glucose, improve curative effect, and has no obvious adverse reactions.
