系统护理干预对降低鼻咽癌调强放疗后口腔黏膜反应的影响分析

Effect of Systemic Nursing Intervention on Reducing Oral Mucosal Response after Intensity-modulated Radiotherapy for Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的探讨系统护理干预对降低鼻咽癌调强放疗后口腔黏膜反应的影响。方法便利选取2016年5月-2018年5月于该院进行放疗的鼻咽癌患者64例,随机分为两组。对照组患者采用常规护理进行干预,研究组患者采用系统护理方式进行干预,研究对比两组患者口腔粘膜出现反应的差异。结果护理30 d后研究组患者口腔黏膜分级在0级以及Ⅳ级这两个级别上显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后两组患者心理状态出现明显改善,研究组SDS评分(43.2±3.1)分、SAS评分(42.6±3.5)分均低于对照组,改善情况显著优于对照组(t=28.060、15.507,P<0.05);护理后两组患者生活质量均出现一定程度的提升,研究组患者生活质量改善程度中物质质量(80.5±4.8)分、心理健康(80.3±3.8)分、社会功能(81.5±5.1)分、躯体功能(80.6±4.8)分显著优于对照组(t=5.250、5.228、8.805、5.999,P<0.05)。结论系统护理干预具有缓解患者皮肤反应的优势,在改善患者心理状态的同时有助于患者整体生存状态的提升。

Objective To investigate the effect of systemic nursing intervention on reducing oral mucosal response after intensity-modulated radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 64 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who underwent radiotherapy from May 2016 to May 2018 were convenient selected and enrolled. The patients were randovuly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing. Patients in the study group were treated with systemic nursing methods to compare the differences in oral mucosal response between the two groups. Results After 30 days of nursing, the oral mucosal grading of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). After the nursing, the psychological status of the two groups improved significantly. The SDS scores (43.2±3.1)points and SAS scores (42.6±3.5)points of the study group were lower than the control group, and the improvement was significantly better than the control group (t=28.060, 15.507, P<0.05);the quality of life of the two groups increased after treatment. The quality of the patients in the study group was (80.5±4.8)points, mental health (80.3±3.8)points, and social function (81.5±5.1)points and body function (80.6±4.8)points were significantly better than those of the control group(t=5.250, 5.228, 8.805, 5.999, P<0.05). Conclusion Systemic nursing intervention has the advantage of alleviating the skin reaction of patients, and it can improve the overall state of life of patients while improving the psychological state of patients.
