摘要
目的研究电针联合体外冲击波对于创伤性桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者的临床实践效果。方法方便选取该院2016年9月—2017年9月所收治的创伤性桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者共计60例,通过抛硬币的方式,将其随机划分为两组,各30例,其中,对照组患者采用体外冲击波法进行治疗,研究组患者实施电针联合体外冲击波疗法,之后对两组患者的VAS评分和治疗效果进行对比。结果研究组患者在经过电针联合体外冲击波治疗后,其治疗总有效率为96.7%,对照组治疗总有效率80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.043,P<0.05)。且研究组患者治疗7d、治疗14d、治疗28d的VAS评分分别为(3.35±0.75)分、(3.05±0.82)分、(2.45±0.55)分也明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.0750、3.8889、4.4222,P<0.05)。结论通过电针联合体外冲击波疗法治疗创伤性桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎,具有十分显著的临床疗效,值得推广和普及。
Objective To study the clinical practice of electroacupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave in patients with traumatic tibial styloid stenosis tenosynovitis. Methods A total of 60 patients with traumatic stenotic styloid stenotic tenosynovitis admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were convenient divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group. Among them, the control group patients were treated by extracorporeal shock wave method. The patients in the study group were treated with electroacupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy. The VAS scores and treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment with electroacupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave, the total effective rate was 96.7%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=4.043, P<0.05). The VAS scores of the study group for 7 d, treatment for 14 d, and treatment for 28 d were (3.35±0.75)points,(3.05±0.82)points, and (2.45±0.55)points, respectively, which were significantly better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (t=5.075 0, 3.888 9, 4.422 2, P<0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy for the treatment of traumatic tibial styloid stenosis tenosynovitis has a very significant clinical effect and is worthy of promotion and popularization.
