62例新生儿黄疸临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 62 Cases of Neonatal Jaundice

目的研究蓝光照射方法对新生儿黄疸的治疗效果。方法方便选取2018年1月—2019年1月在该院接受治疗的62例新生儿黄疸作为研究对象,以盲选分组方法,平均分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组提供蓝光照射治疗,对比不同治疗方法所产生的效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患儿治疗后3d和7d的胆红素分别为(167.54±14.51)μmol/L、(55.69±11.75)μmol/L差异有统计学意义(t=7.284、10.584,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组总有效27例,所占比重为87.10%,患儿家属总满意人数29例,所占比重为93.55%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.632、5.587,P<0.05)。结论采用蓝光照射方法能有效地消除新生儿黄疸,降低患儿的胆红素水平,提高治疗效果。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of blue light irradiation on neonatal jaundice. Methods Sixty-two neonatal jaundice patients who were convenient selected in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups by blind selection. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group provided blue light irradiation treatment to compare the effects of different treatment methods. Results Compared with the control group, affer treatment 3 d and 7 d the bilirubins in the observation group were (167.54±14.51)μmol/L,(55.69±11.75)μmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.284,10.584,P<0.05). Com pared with the control group, the total effective 27 cases, accounting for 87.10%, total satisfaction of 29 people in family members of patients, the proportion was 93.55%in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.632,5.587 P<0.05). Conclusion The blue light irradiation method can effectively eliminate neonatal jaundice, reduce the bilirubin level of children and improve the therapeutic effect.
