奥氮平联合多奈哌齐治疗对老年阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能的改善作用

Effect of Olanzapine Combined with Donepezil on Cognitive Function in Elderly Patients with Alzheimer’s Disease

目的探讨奥氮平联合多奈哌齐治疗对老年阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能的改善作用。方法方便选取2015年5月-2019年1月期间该院160例阿尔茨海默病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字法,将其分为对照组(多奈哌齐)和观察组(奥氮平联合多奈哌齐),每组各80例,观察和比较两组治疗前后两组阿尔茨海默病评定量表-认知部分(ADAS-Cog)、简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力(ADL)评分变化情况,以及治疗的临床疗效和不良反应。结果观察组治疗后ADAS-Cog评分低于对照组,而MMSE评分及ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(88.75%vs 63.75%,χ^2=13.81,P<0.05);观察组治疗期间不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(6.25%vs 18.75%,χ^2=5.71,P<0.05)。结论奥氮平联合多奈哌齐治疗能够明显改善老年阿尔茨海默病患者的认知功能机,提高治疗的临床疗效及安全性。

Objective To investigate the effect of olanzapine combined with donepezil on cognitive function in elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease. Methods Convenient select a total of 160 patients with Alzheimer's disease in our hospital from May 2015 to January 2019 were enrolled. According to random number method, they were divided into control group ( donepezil) and observation group (olanzapine combined with donepezil), 80 patients in each group, observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment, two groups of Alzheimer's disease rating scale - cognitive part (ADAS-Cog), simple intelligent mental state examination scale (MMSE), daily living ability ( ADL) changes in scores, as well as clinical efficacy and adverse effects of treatment. Results The ADAS-Cog score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the MMSE score and ADL score were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. Statistically significant (88.75% vs 63.75%,χ^2=13.81, P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (6.25% vs 18.75%,χ^2=5.71, P<0.05). Conclusion Olanzapine combined with donepezil can significantly improve the cognitive function of elderly patients with Alzheimer's disease and improve the clinical efficacy and safety of treatment.
