The technology that restricts the stable production of vermicular graphite cast iron has been solved, but the technology of large vermicular graphite cast iron urgently needs to be developed. In the production of large-tonnage vermicular cast iron ,technical difficulties such as vermicularizing equipment ,cored wire ,vermicularizing treatment process and vermicularizing degeneration need to be solved one by one. It is best to use vermicularizing cast iron as raw materials,and add testing means to ensure the smooth production of products.
