摘要
本文主要研究低硅球化剂在硅钼球铁排气歧管中的生产应用,为了保证在高温球化条件下最大限度地提高回炉料用量,针对低硅球化剂的特性,进行了优化合金装包工艺并逐步摸索包内低硅球化剂配比试验,通过批量生产验证,最终确定了适用于硅钼球铁排气歧管批量生产的最优方案,达到了回炉料的平衡使用效果。
The application of low silicon nodularizer in the exhaust manifolds of Silicon-molybdenum ductile iron is studied in this paper in order to ensure the maximal improvement of the material used amount for recycled scrap at high spheroidization temperature. According to the properties of Low silicon nodularizer,the alloy packing process is optimized and the proportion test of the low silicon nodularizer in the package is gradually explored.Through the validation of batch production, the optimal scheme for the production of Silicon-molybdenum ductile iron exhaust manifold in our factory is finally determined, and the balance effect of recycled scrap is achieved.
