加味喉科六味汤对上气道咳嗽综合征大鼠血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α的影响

Effect of Jiawei Houke Liuwei Tang (加味喉科六味汤) on Serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α Levels in Rats with Upper Airway Cough Syndrome

目的:探讨加味喉科六味汤对上气道咳嗽综合征模型大鼠血清IL-6(白细胞介素-6)、IL-8(白细胞介素-8)和TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子-α)的影响。方法:采用改良膨胀海绵鼻腔填塞联合香烟雾化的方法,制备大鼠上气道咳嗽综合征模型,50只SD大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、加味喉科六味汤高、中、低剂量组,每组均为10只。各组大鼠给予相应处理15 d后,记录各组大鼠鼻部症状总评分,ELISA法检测各组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α含量。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠鼻部症状评分明显增高(P <0. 01),血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α含量明显升高(P <0. 01);中药各剂量组大鼠鼻部症状评分明显低于模型组,血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α含量明显降低,高剂量组效果最显著(P <0. 01)。结论:加味喉科六味汤可有效控制上气道咳嗽综合征大鼠的症状,降低血清炎性因子水平。

Objective: To investigate the effects of Jiawei Houke Liuwei Tang on serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αlevels in rats with upper airway cough syndrome. Methods: A rat model of upper airway cough syndrome was prepared by improved expansion sponge,nasal packing and cigarette atomization. 50 SD rats were divided into to normal,model and Jiawei Houke Liuwei Tang high,middle and low dosage groups,each group was given the corresponding saline or Jiawei Houke Liuwei Tang respectively for 15 days,symptoms of nasal were recorded and serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αlevels were determined by ELISA. Results: To compare with normal group,score of nasal symptoms of model group was higher( P < 0. 01),the serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αlevels in model group were higher,too( P < 0. 01);the score of nasal symptoms and the serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αlevels in the three dose of Jiawei Houke Liuwei Tang groups,the effects of the high dosage group were the best. Conclusion: Jiawei Houke Liuwei Tang can effectively control symptoms of upper airway cough syndrome,lower the Inflammatory factors.
