摘要 针对车间自动化改造及新产线布局过程中提出的提高生产效率、降低人员总数,以及降低综合成本等指标,提出结合系统布置设计(Systematic Layout Planning,SLP)方法及Plant Simulation仿真的规划方法。基于Grundig 2009规划框架提出优化目标,通过数据分析与仿真相结合的方法进行初步规划和详细设计,得出产线工艺布置方案。通过仿真分析,对规划方案进行动态模拟,验证指标实现情况,并进一步改进和筛选最优方案。 Aiming at the indexes of improving production efficiency, reducing the total number of personnel and reducing the comprehensive cost in the process of workshop automation transformation and production line layout, the planning method combining Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method and Plant Simulation was proposed. Based on the Grundig 2009 planning framework, the optimization objectives were proposed, and preliminary planning and detailed design were carried out by combining data analysis and simulation, then the production line process layout scheme was obtained. Through the dynamic simulation, the realization of the indicators was verified, and the optimal scheme was selected.
