摘要 为构建具有“全面感知、设备互联、数字集成、智能预测”等特征的智能工厂运行体系,针对传统工厂/车间管控系统缺乏智能决策等问题,提出基于数字孪生的智能工厂总体架构和虚实集成的信息系统集成模型。阐述基于数字孪生的工厂管控系统在物理工厂的高度自动化、数字孪生系统与物理工厂两方面虚实集成问题,探讨了微服务架构、虚拟仿真系统和工业物联网等技术在数字孪生系统中的应用,并深入分析数字孪生系统的信息集成框架、集成接口等解决方案。最后通过个性化定制的模型车总装车间数字孪生应用案例,指出基于数字孪生的虚拟生产系统具有可视化、实时性、可操作性及可协作性等优势。 In order to construct a smart factory operation system with the characteristics of " comprehensive sensing, interconnected device, digital integration and intelligent prediction", aiming at the lack of intelligent decision making in traditional factory/workshop control system, a smart factory architecture and information system integration model were proposed based on digital twins. The problem of virtual integration of factory control system with physical factory based on digital twins, such as high degree of automation ,system based on digital twins and physical factory were promoted. Furthermore, the application of micro-service architecture ,virtual simulation system, industrial internet of things and other technologies were highlighted in the system based on digital twins. To probe into the information integration between architecture and interface of the system based on digital twins, the solution of problems were carried out. Finally, to illustrate the advantages of visualization, real-time, maneuverability and collaboration in virtual production system based on digital twins, an application case of digital twins in the assembly workshop of personalized car models was presented.
