区块链在政府出资产业基金中的应用研究——基于提升基金运营效率的思考

政府出资产业基金存在多角色参与、信息不对称、以及权益难以流转等现实问题,导致政府出资产业基金运营效率低下。区块链多中心化,全网验证不可篡改、智能合约等技术特点可以有效应用在政府出资产业基金领域。为提升基金投资效率,本文结合区块链的技术特e,提出了基于区块链的政府出资产业基金交易签约及档案存证、权益交易和供应链投资等方案设想,旨在提升基金信息披露、拓宽退出渠道和拓展投资方式来提升投资效率,并针对区块链技术在政府产业基金应用中可能存在的问题提出了建议。

There are many practical problems in government-funded industrial funds, such as multi-role participation, information asymmetry, and difficulty in transferring rights and interests, which lead to the inefficiency of government-funded industrial funds. Blockchains with multi-centralized, network-wide validation, intelligent contracts and other technical characteristics can be effectively used in the field of government-funded industrial funds. In order to improve the efficiency of fund investment, this paper combines the technical characteristics of the blockchain, and puts forward the contract signing and archives verification solution, fund equity trading solution and supply chain investment solution of government-funded industrial funds based on blockchain, aiming at enhancing the information disclosure of the fund, broadening the exit channels and expanding the investment methods to enhance the investment efficiency, and suggestions are put forward for the possible problems in the application of blockchain technology in government industrial funds.
