王佩娟教授运用补肾活血法治疗妇科杂病经验

Professor Wang Peijuan’s Experience in Treating Gynecological Miscellaneous Diseases by Supplementing Kidney to Activate Blood Method

妇科杂病的病机系肾阴阳失调,肾虚血瘀,血瘀又加重肾虚,形成恶性循环。临床治疗常运用补肾活血法,每获良效。王佩娟教授认为女子以血为本,以血为用又须耗血,故常气有余而血不足。精血同源,肾精足则血旺,肾精亏则血虚,血虚则血瘀。且肾之阴阳为一身阴阳之本源,肾虚可致血瘀。笔者通过门诊跟师并收集病案,整理导师治疗妇科杂病的诊疗思路及遣方用药规律,结合妇科杂病及补肾活血中药的相关文献及现代研究,对导师治疗本病的理论及经验进行归纳总结。

The pathogenesis of gynecological miscellaneous diseases is the imbalance of Kidney Yin and Yang,which leads to the pathological state of Kidney deficiency and Blood stasis.Blood stasis aggravate Kidney deficiency and form a vicious circle.Clinical treatment often uses the method of tonifying Kidney and activating Blood circulation,every good effect is obtained.Professor Wang peijuan thinks the woman is with Blood this,with Blood use must consume Blood again,reason sends easily angry superfluous and insufficient pathology characteristic of Blood,and seminal Blood is homologous,seminal sufficient then Blood flourishing,seminal deficit then Blood is empty resulting in Blood stasis.The Yin and Yang of the Kidney are the source of Yin and Yang.Kidney deficiency leads to Blood stasis.The author summarized the theory and experience of the treatment of gynecological miscellaneous diseases by the tutor through outpatient consultation and collection of medical records,sorting out the diagnosis and treatment ideas of the tutor in the treatment of gynecological miscellaneous diseases and the rules of prescription medication,combining with the relevant literature of the gynecological miscellaneous diseases and traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying Kidney and activating Blood circulation and modern research.
