穴位埋线治疗痰湿困脾型代谢综合征的临床作用

Clinical Study of Catgut Implantation at Acupoint in Treating Metabolic Syndrome with Phlegm Damp Trapped Spleen

目的:观察穴位埋线在治疗痰湿困脾型代谢综合征中的作用。方法:将60例痰湿困脾型代谢综合症患者随机分为2组,每组30例。对照组为基础治疗组,治疗组为基础治疗+埋线,2组均给予饮食指导。2组分别治疗12w,并观察2组血压(BP)、血清总胆醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)变化。结果:治疗组总有效率95.56%,对照组总有效率83.33%。2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后BP、TC、TG、LDL-C、FPG、HbA1C、BMI、WHR降低(P<0.05),HDL-C均升高(P<0.05),治疗组各项指标改善情况明显优于对照组。结论:穴位埋线对治疗痰湿困脾型代谢综合症疗效确切,可以明显改善患者血压、血脂、血糖、体重、腰臀比。对患者长期预后及生活品质改善有积极作用。

Objective:To study the effect of acupoint catgut implantation in treating metabolic syndrome with syndrome of dampness stagancy due to spleen deficiency.Methods:Sixty cases with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,both had 30 patients.The patients in control group were given basic treatment while the treatment group were treated with acupoint catgut implantation bases on basic therapy.Daily diet suggestions were given to all patients.The changes of blood pressure,total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),fasting plasma glucose (FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin,body mass index (BMI)and waist hip ratio(WHR) were observed in two groups after treatment.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 95.56% and 83.33%.The rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group ( P <0.05).After treatment,there was decrese in BP,TC,TG,LDL-C,FPG,HbA1C,BMI,WHR( P <0.05)and improve in HDL-C( P <0.05).Compare to the control group,all lab index got more significant changes in treatment group.Conclusion:catgut implantation at acupoint in treating metabolic syndrome with phlegm damp trapped spleen had satisfactory clinical efficacy,which can greatly control patients’ blood pressure,blood lipid,blood glicose,weight and WHR and has positive effect in longtime outcome.
