推动我国净零能耗建筑发展的思考及建议

Thoughts and Suggestions on Promoting the Development of Net Zero Energy Consumption Buildings in China

自2016年,中美两国研究团队在中美清洁能源联合研究中心建筑节能联盟的合作框架下,围绕实现“净零能耗建筑”目标,系统开展了关键技术及集成示范的研究工作。本文总结了现阶段中美合作研究主要趋势,分析了我国净零能耗建筑发展需考虑三方面现实问题并提出了相关建议。

Since 2016, under the cooperation framework of China-US Clean Energy Joint Research Center, the research teams of China and the United States have systematically carried out research on key technologies and integrated demonstrations to achieve the goal of "net zero energy consumption building1'. This paper summarizes the main trends of Sino-US cooperation research at the present stage, analyses three practical problems that need to be considered in the development of net zero energy consumption buildings in China, and puts forward relevant suggestions.
