摘要
本文分析了目前建筑运行能耗评价工作未考虑建筑服务水平差异这一不足,明确了科学评价建筑能耗的基本要求,介绍了基于建筑运行数据的建筑运行能耗评价比对方法和工具开发过程:基于多元回归的建筑能耗评价比对方法和建筑分项能效评价方法。
This paper analyses the deficiency that the current evaluation of building operation energy does not consider the difference of building service, clarifies the basic requirements of scientific evaluation of building energy, and introduces the methodology and tool development process of building operation energy benchmarking and evaluation: the method of building energy benchmarking based on multiple regression, and building sub-item energy efficiency evaluation methods.
