净零能耗建筑能耗指标体系研究

摘要 我国在大力推进净零能耗建筑的发展,已经开展一批示范工程,并编制相关的技术导则和标准,净零能耗建筑已经成为建筑行业发展方向。本文基于寒冷地区和夏热冬冷地区净零能耗示范工程项目,以及国内外颁布的超低能耗和零能耗的标准,从场地与空间、围护结构、用能系统、可再生能源、健康与舒适等多维度分析研究,初步构建符合我国近零能耗建筑发展的指标体系。 Net zero energy building has become the development direction of the construction industry. China is vigorously promoting the development of net zero energy building, and has carried out a number of demonstration projects and compiled relevant technical guidelines and standards. This paper, based on the cold region and summerly hot winter cold area net zero energy demonstration projects, and standards of ultra-low power consumption and zero energy consumption at home and abroad, from the ground and space, palisade structure, use can system, renewable energy, health and comfort of dimensional analysis research, preliminary build conforms to our country near zero energy consumption of building the index system of development.
