摘要
适用于温和地区居住建筑的节能设计标准即将正式实施。为了更好地理解并执行标准,本文对《温和地区居住建筑节能设计标准》JGJ475-2019的编制原则和特点进行了介绍。文章通过与邻近气候区室外气象条件的比较,分析了温和地区独特的气候特征。标准从降低冬夏两季建筑能耗的角度出发,确定了编制的整体思路。通过将建筑性能限值与邻近气候区的比较,对标准的主要特点进行了介绍。
The energy efficiency design standard suitable for residential buildings in Moderate Climate Zone will be formally implemented. In order to better understand and implement the standards, the principles and characteristics of the Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential Building Design in Moderate Climate Zone (JGJ475-2019) are introduced in this paper. The unique climatic characteristics of Moderate Zone are analyzed by comparing with the outdoor climate conditions in adjacent climate zones. From the point of reducing building energy consumption in winter and summer, the overall idea of compilation is determined. By comparing the building performance with the adjacent climate zones, the main characteristics in the standard are introduced.
