摘要
文章较为详细地介绍了M310机组堆腔水池测量小室盖板的机械结构,并对其发生泄露的原因进行分析。在结合实际测量、三维模拟论证等方法对盖板密封可靠性进行改进。改进点主要从以下四方面入手:1)盖板密封结构设计;2)O形密封圈密封性;3)盖板安装便捷性;4)打压验证高效性。盖板密封可靠性的改进及其试验装置的开发,将有效降低因其泄漏导致核电站大修主线退模式的事故概率,保证机组安全稳定运行。
In this paper,the mechanical structure of the small chamber cover plate for the M310 unit chamber tank is introduced in detail,and the causes of leakage are analyzed.The reliability of cover seal is improved by combining the actual measurement with 3 Dsimulation.The improvement points mainly include four aspects:1)the design of cover plate sealing structure;2)the seal of O sealing ring;3)the convenience of cover plate installation;and 4)the efficiency of pressure verification.The improvement of the seal reliability of the cover plate and the development of the test device will effectively reduce the accident probability of the main line during overhaul of the nuclear power plant caused by its leakage and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
